Purchases

When you buy Nucleo, you'll need to provide some info like your billing address and credit card details. Make sure the info you give us is correct and legal.

Nucleo purchases are non-refundable because you get access right away and can see what you're buying on our website.
For Team Collaboration, you can ask for a refund within 30 days if it's not working. Contact us for help with any issues.

We don't control third-party websites linked from Nucleo and are not responsible for them.

We won't cover claims due to certain actions, like modifying Nucleo or using it incorrectly.

You can import third-party content, but we don't guarantee its accuracy or quality. You're responsible for what you use through Nucleo.
We don't have to screen or approve content, so use it wisely.

Our products are provided as-is, without warranties. We're not responsible for any damages.
