This page clarifies the terms governing your use of Nucleo Icons and Applications (collectively referred to as "Nucleo"). By accessing or utilizing Nucleo, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to purchase Nucleo, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your billing address, your credit card number, and the expiration date of your credit card.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is accurate, correct, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Refund policy - Nucleo application
The Nucleo Application (for Windows and Mac) is free. You can download it on our website and use it without purchasing the Nucleo Icons. The application includes a free subset of the Nucleo Icons, in case you want to test (i) their quality and (ii) how they work with the application.
Because the Nucleo application is free, no refund will be issued if you purchased the Nucleo Icons and you're unhappy with the application. The Nucleo Application and the Nucleo Icons are two different products. If you buy the icons, you can either unlock them via the application by logging in or download all the SVG source files on the source files page.

Refund policy - Nucleo icons
Because of the digital nature of our product, we do not issue refunds on the purchase of Nucleo Icons. A preview of all the icons is available on our website and the Nucleo application includes a free subset of the Nucleo icons.
Refund policy - teams
You can request a refund within 30 days of your team account purchase.
You're not eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You (or your client) are unhappy with the Nucleo Icons
- You (or your client) no longer need the Nucleo Icons
- You don’t know how to use the Nucleo Icons
If your team is experiencing issues with (i) the team management system and/or (ii) the project sharing functionality, get in touch for a refund. Please make sure to include the reason why you're requesting the refund. Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try and help solve the issue you're experiencing.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Links to other websites
Nucleo may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
By purchasing Nucleo, you are granted the rights described in our license.
Intellectual property infringement claims
You acknowledge and agree that in the event of any third party claim that Nucleo infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Nucleo team will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such infringement claim.
Our obligations to defend and indemnify you for a particular claim are subject to the following conditions:
- You must promptly give us written notice of the claim.
- You must indicate how you or your products utilize Nucleo.
- You must provide us with all information you have regarding the claim and cooperate when we defend or attempt to settle the claim.
We will have no obligation to defend or indemnify you concerning any claim that is based on or attributable to any of the following:
- Modifications made to Nucleo by anyone other than us.
- The combination or use of Nucleo with other products, processes, or materials not supplied by us or specified in our documentation as being necessary.
- Your continued engagement in infringing activities after you were notified of the infringement or after we informed you of a modification or workaround that would have avoided the infringement.
- Your use of Nucleo in a manner not permitted by our Terms.
You will have the burden of showing that indemnification is required.
Except as expressly stated in this section, we have no obligation or liability to you for any actual or alleged infringement related to Nucleo.
Third party content
You can import and organize third-party content using Nucleo. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality, or appropriateness of any content transmitted to or through Nucleo. You understand that all content posted on, transmitted through, or linked through Nucleo, is the sole responsibility of the person or party from whom such content originated. You acknowledge that we do not own or control, and are not responsible for any claims, representation, or warranties within the content made available through Nucleo and that by using it, you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, misleading, or offensive. You agree that you must bear all risks associated with the use of Nucleo and any content accessible from there.
By using Nucleo, you further acknowledge your understanding that we have no obligation to screen, preview, monitor, or approve any content posted or submitted by any of its users or third-party providers. You acknowledge that it is solely your responsibility to evaluate any risks associated with the use, accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or appropriateness of any content that you submit, receive, access, transmit or otherwise convey through Nucleo. We shall not be liable in any way for any content displayed or otherwise accessible via Nucleo, including, but not limited to, any errors, omissions, defamatory statements, or confidential or private information (including, but not limited to, health information) in the content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content submitted, accessed, transmitted or otherwise conveyed via Nucleo.
All of our products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising out of any defects in the materials. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use any of our products or the data they create.
We reserve the rights to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at our sole discretion. Changes to the price and/or these Terms are not retroactive. Therefore they won't affect purchases made before the price changed.
