Information Collection And Use
User-Provided Information: while using Nucleo, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you, respond to your requests/inquiries, service your purchase orders.
Here is a list of information we store if you create a Nucleo account and use the Nucleo application:
- Email address and password, used to identify you when you log in via our website or app.
- Name and Billing information, used to generate an invoice after you make a purchase on our website.
- Device unique identifier, used to identify your device when you log in via the Nucleo app.
- If you're a team admin -> your team members' email addresses, used to manage the access to your team projects.
We DO NOT store information about your payment details. All payments are processed via Paypal or Stripe. When you make a purchase, we store the anonymous* version of your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.
*we do not collect your entire IP address, which means that we cannot identify your exact location, but just your country of origin.
You can send a request to delete all your personal data by checking the designated option on your account page and clicking the Save button. This action will delete your Name and billing information. If you want to delete your email and password (or if you are a team admin and you want to delete the emails of all your team members), you need to delete your account. You can send us a request to delete your account by checking the designated option on the account page and clicking the Save button. By doing so, you will remove your access to the Nucleo app and account area.
Cookies Information: when you visit Nucleo, we put small files (known as ‘cookies’) onto your computer to collect information about how you browse the site.
Cookies are used to:
- measure how you use the website so it can be updated and improved based on your needs.
- remember your login information so that you don't need to enter them again when you come back.

If you subscribed to our newsletter, we shared your email address with Mailchimp, that is the email marketing service we use to create our newsletter campaigns. However, we will never share your email address with other third parties, and we will use it for the sole purpose of sending you emails about Nucleo or other Amber Creative Lab news. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can do that by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of each newsletter, or by clicking the link below.
Log File Information: we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit Nucleo. This information may include an anonymous version of your IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of Nucleo that you visit and other statistics. Also, we may use third-party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information to increase Nucleo website functionality.
Measuring website usage (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics software to collect information about how you use our website. We do this to help make sure the site is meeting the needs of its users and to help us make improvements. We don’t collect or store your personal information (for example your name or address) so this information can’t be used to identify who you are.
We don’t allow Google to use or share our analytics data.

How We Protect Your Information
We care about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, since some of your personal information may be stored in locations outside of our direct control (e.g., on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers) we cannot guarantee their security if they are accessed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. We are not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information and for controlling access to your email communications from us, at all times.
