I've said it before, but @nucleoapp is the best icon management app and is invaluable to create your own custom icon fonts for websites.

It's free, yes, but spend the $99 and get their icon pack. It's ever expanding and is fully-featured. Way better replacement for fontawesome.

I just got @nucleoapp.

I feel like a lot of icon kits focus all their energy on being sleek.

But, I'm blown away by how the Nucleo team (very intentionally) made theirs so friendly and welcoming.
