Yes. With the Standard License, you can use unlimited Nucleo icons in unlimited personal and commercial projects, for yourself or a client.

When the source files are publicly accessible — including open-source projects, templates, plugins, and similar products — you can include up to 100 Nucleo icons.

To integrate Nucleo icons into a commercial product so users can browse, search, and choose icons, you need an Extended License.
