I can't see the team shared projects. What do I do?
If you're a team member, but you can't see the team shared projects, make sure:
- The admin has selected a shared folder in the app settings.
- You've been invited to join this folder via the cloud service (e.g., Dropbox).
- You have the cloud service app installed and running on your device.
If you still can't see the projects, it's because your path to the shared folder is different from the one set by the admin.
Example: a path set by a team admin can look like this:
The app is looking on your device for the same path. However, on your device the path to the same folder is:
On the app 'Projects' page, you'll find instructions to set a custom path and target the team shared folder.
