I can't see the team shared projects. What do I do?

If you're a team member, but you can't see the team shared projects, please make sure:

  1. The admin has selected a shared folder in the app (Settings page)
  2. You've been invited to join this folder via the cloud service.
  3. You have the cloud service app installed on your device.

If you still can't see the projects, it's because your path to the shared folder is different from the one of the other team members.

The app is looking on your device for the same path. However, on your device the path to the same folder is:


Luckily we provide a fallback: you can set a custom path to target the folder used by other team members. This change won't affect your teammates and will allow you to work on the shared folder.

In the app Projects page, you'll see the message below. Click on the link to set a custom path.
