Why do I get an error message when the app tries to download new Nucleo icons?
The Nucleo app automatically downloads new icons. This process happens in the background and does not require you to perform any action. However, if the process is interrupted, you get an error alert.
The cause could be one of the following:
- The app is offline.
- You're connected to a secure network and need to set up a proxy to enable the download of the icons. You can do so in the app settings page.
- Your proxy configuration details are not correct.
- There was a temporary issue with one of our servers. In this case, the next time you launch the app it will restart the download of the icons.
